Community college students often balance a job, family and other responsibilities along with their academic work. At times, many students come to 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø as the first in their family to attend college. We can help you succeed.
TRiO Services
College can be especially overwhelming when you are the first one in your family to attend, or when you have limited finances or a disability. That is why TRiO Student Support Services, a federally-funded program, steps in to help students succeed at the Quad-Cities Campus.
Perkins Career Program Support
If you are enrolled in a 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø career and technical education (CTE) program, you can take advantage of Perkins Career Program Support Services. Whether you are working towards a Certificate or AAS degree, we are here to help you succeed!
Multicultural Entrepreneur Center
The Multicultural Entrepreneurial Center, or MEC, serves students from underrepresented backgrounds, first-generation students and aspiring business entrepreneurs. We work with students on English as a Second Language skills, academic skills, setting up mentoring relationships, setting up business internships and community development opportunities (also called service learning).

Disability Services
Accommodations from testing assistance to alternate book formats, technologies, and sign language interpreters are all free to 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø students who have a documented disability.
91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Food Pantry
We have partnered with River Bend Food Bank to provide perishable and non-perishable food to any 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø student.
Counseling and Mental Health Support
All counseling services are free to current 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø students. To schedule a confidential appointment, please call, email or stop by our office on either campus.
Scholarships
There are many ways to find scholarship money. We also offer academic and athletic achievement awards specifically for 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø students and can recommend other sources.
Advising
Whether currently enrolled or thinking about attending, you can count on 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø educational advisors year-round. Your advisor is your constant go-to resource on campus and will support you proactively and holistically.
Tutoring
All 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø students have access to free tutoring. Start early in the semester and come often. We’re here for your academic success!
