Medical Insurance

  • Aetna provider nationwide network.
  • Effective first day of employment.
  • Two coverage options: Employee only or Family.

Dental Insurance

  • Consociate Health for dental coverage.
  • Two coverage options: Employee only or Family.

Vision Insurance

  • Consociate Health for vision coverage.
  • Two coverage options: Employee only or Family.

Life Insurance ( Professional Staff Term LifeÌý–ÌýAll Other Eligible Employee Term Life)

  • Employer-paid benefit.
  • Two times (2x) annual salary.

Long-Term Disability

  • Employer-paid benefit.
  • Employee paid by payroll deduction.
  • Benefit is 50% of base salary after 90-day waiting period.

Voluntary Life Insurance

  • Used for maintenance and specialty prescriptions.
  • Generic prescriptions are a $0 cost.

Flexible Spending Account & Dependent Care Spending

  • The amount is payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.
  • Covers co-pays, deductibles, prescription costs, etc.
  • DCS used for preschools, summer camps, before/after school program and adult day care.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Free counseling, financial, legal services, personal and career growth and more.
  • Available 24 hours per day/365 days a year.

  • Employee paid by payroll deduction.
  • Urgent care services.
  • Provided virtually.

Tuition Reimbursement

  • Full-time employees may receive tuition reimbursement.
  • Only tuition will be subject to reimbursement.

Tuition Waiver

  • Applies to college-credit 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø courses.
  • May be used for employee, spouse and employee’s children (under age 25).
  • Only tuition cost will be waived. No other fees or costs of a course will be waived.
